There are so many animals in need of a home, so think about adoption before purchasing an pet. In the animals’ eyes you can just see how much they want somebody to love and take care of them. Just a simple trip to your closest shelter will make a difference to these animals. They love attention and getting lots of pats!

The Pain of Rain
Trickling
Slowly down a window pane
Soothing the sorrow that has formed
Coolly passing over the clear glass
Gently touching my heart
Dangerous wet and cold
Yet satisfying clarity through the blur
Necessary to sustain life
But causes relentless yearning
Providing comfort in each drop
Rippling through each puddle formed
Growing in intensity
Similarly as my heart screams
Though the fire within it cannot kill
It only causes enormous strain

Losing You
